LMNTs party 003 welcomes one of Manchester's most popular DJs for another all night affair at Joshua Brooks, HEIDI! Her Jackathon parties have been ingrained in the fabric of the Manchester clubbing landscape over the last 10 years; from the heyday of Sankeys Soap to an ever present resident/guest curator at Warehouse Project since it's inception.
We're bringing you the chance to see Heidi in a unique intimate environment where she'll be playing for 5 hours on Saturday March 2nd at LMNTs HQ, Joshua Brooks.
Inspired by her own formative experiences listening to House and Techno back in Ontario, Canada, just over the river from Detroit; Heidi was destined to be part of the underground music scene. A move to London in 2000 gave her the opportunity to hone and develop her craft whilst working at Koobla Records. She was then part of the team that launched London's legendary Phonica Records in 2003.
Forging her DJ career with the Get Physical team in Berlin, Heidi was then invited to be part of the 'In New DJs We Trust' show on BBC Radio 1 where she eventually earned her own weekly Thursday night Residency as her career really began to take off.
Soon after, her legendary Jackathon brand began to take shape with parties she helped curate all around the world which not only showcased her selector skills but also her delectable taste of DJs to play alongside.
She has now managed to secure a residency on Worldwide FM where she's doing a monthly show in 2019 'Hanging with Heidi.'
We're looking forward to bringing you Heidi's inimitable style across an especially unique extended set in our 350 capacity basement in Manchester. The first time she's played a small venue like this in this city for over 10 years.
Tickets won't hang around, so make sure you push the button.
